1. Introduction
M Design Truckstyling S.R.L. (“MDT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, designers, and other rights holders.
We are committed to reviewing legitimate copyright infringement complaints concerning material published, displayed, offered for download, or otherwise distributed by MDT through our official website:
This policy establishes the procedure for reporting suspected copyright infringement involving content available through the MDT website.
Copyright complaints will be assessed in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws, including the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and other applicable legal requirements.
2. Scope of This Policy
This reporting procedure is intended exclusively for copyright infringement complaints concerning content available through the official MDT website.
Reportable content may include:
- 3D models and digital assets.
- Textures and original graphical elements.
- Digital modifications and downloadable files.
- Product images and promotional materials.
- Original written descriptions.
- Other copyright-protected content published or distributed by MDT.
This reporting procedure is not intended for reporting unauthorized copies of MDT products distributed on external websites, third-party Discord servers, file-sharing platforms, or other independently operated services.
Such external activities must be addressed through the appropriate platform, hosting provider, or other applicable reporting mechanism.
General customer support requests, payment disputes, refund requests, and account-related inquiries should be submitted through the official MDT contact channels.
3. Who May Submit a Copyright Complaint
Copyright infringement complaints should be submitted by:
- The copyright owner.
- A person or organization legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- An authorized representative of the relevant rights holder.
MDT may request reasonable supporting information to verify the complainant’s authority or the rights claimed.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish that copyright infringement has occurred.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content published on the MDT website infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, please submit a written complaint using the copyright reporting form below or by contacting MDT at:

To allow proper identification and investigation, a complaint should include:
- Identification of the complainant: Full legal name, organization where applicable, and a valid contact email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the original work allegedly infringed, including a reference or URL where available.
- Identification of the disputed MDT content: The exact URL of the MDT webpage, product, image, or other material alleged to infringe copyright.
- Explanation of the alleged infringement: Sufficient information explaining which protected material is involved and why its use is believed to be unauthorized.
- Statement of good faith: Confirmation that the complainant has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, an authorized representative, or applicable law.
- Statement of accuracy and authority: Confirmation that the information submitted is accurate to the best of the complainant’s knowledge and that the complainant owns the relevant rights or is authorized to represent the rights holder.
- Electronic or physical signature: The complainant’s full legal name or another legally acceptable signature.
Where a complaint is submitted under a specific statutory procedure, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable, the complainant must also provide any additional information and declarations required by that procedure.
MDT may request additional documentation where reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint.
5. Review of Copyright Complaints
MDT will review sufficiently detailed copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law.
During the review process, MDT may:
- Examine the disputed content.
- Request additional information or documentation.
- Verify relevant ownership or licensing arrangements.
- Contact the complainant or other relevant parties.
- Assess whether an authorization, statutory exception, or other lawful basis applies.
- Take appropriate corrective measures where justified.
Where necessary and legally appropriate, MDT may temporarily restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint.
If a complaint is substantiated, MDT may remove, modify, replace, or disable access to the relevant material, or take other appropriate action.
A submitted complaint does not automatically require removal of the disputed content where the applicable facts or law do not support such action.
MDT will comply with any mandatory legal obligations concerning the handling of copyright infringement notices.
6. Responses to Copyright Complaints
If content has been removed, restricted, or modified following a copyright complaint, a person or organization with a legitimate interest in the disputed material may contact MDT to request a review.
The response should identify the disputed material, explain the grounds for contesting the complaint, and provide any relevant evidence of ownership, permission, licensing, or another lawful basis for use.
MDT may review the response and take further action where appropriate.
Where a specific statutory counter-notification procedure applies, the parties must comply with the requirements of that procedure.
Nothing in this section replaces or limits any mandatory statutory notice-and-counter-notice process applicable to a particular case.
7. False or Misleading Complaints
Copyright complaints must be submitted in good faith.
Complainants must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or materially inaccurate allegations concerning copyright ownership, authorization, or infringement.
MDT may request clarification or supporting information where a complaint appears incomplete, contradictory, or insufficiently substantiated.
Knowingly false or abusive complaints may have legal consequences under applicable law.
This section does not prevent legitimate rights holders from submitting good-faith complaints or pursuing available legal remedies.
8. Intellectual Property Protection
MDT retains the intellectual property rights in the original content it develops.
Content developed or licensed by independent third parties remains subject to the rights of the respective creators, licensors, and rights holders.
No purchase, download, or access to the MDT website grants authorization to redistribute protected content except as expressly permitted under the applicable license or mandatory law.
The use of third-party trademarks, logos, or other identifying marks does not, by itself, imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution of MDT products is separately governed by the MDT Terms & Conditions and Digital Product License Agreement (EULA).
9. Personal Data & Confidentiality
Personal information submitted through copyright infringement complaints will be processed for the purposes of receiving, reviewing, documenting, and resolving the relevant claims, and for complying with applicable legal obligations.
Where necessary and legally permitted, relevant information may be shared with affected parties, professional advisers, competent authorities, or service providers involved in handling a complaint.
MDT will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and its Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy
MDT may revise this Copyright Infringement Reporting Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws, reporting procedures, or business operations.
The current version will be published on the official MDT website with its applicable update date.
Changes will not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.
