Welcome to MDesignTruckStyling.com (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “MDT”). By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

TRADEMARKS & BRAND DISCLAIMER

All brand names, trademarks™, registered® marks, logos, and symbols appearing on vehicles or in-game content are the property of their respective owners. Their use is solely for identification and compatibility purposes and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the respective trademark holders.

M Design Truckstyling (MDT) is officially authorized by Scania® to use the Scania® name and to publish images containing the Scania® logo.

MDT mods are custom-made 3D models independently developed and designed for compatibility with original SCS Software licensed trucks and trailers in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

1. USE OF WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase digital products or use our services.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
Any attempt to damage, disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the website or its users is strictly prohibited.

2. PRODUCTS & DIGITAL CONTENT

All products sold on MDesignTruckStyling.com are digital goods, including 3D models, skins, and mods designed for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Products are delivered digitally and no physical items are shipped.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith; however, minor inaccuracies may occur.

3. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT

An account is required to purchase products.
Purchased products are accessible through the user’s account Library.
Updates and support are provided only to the account that completed the purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. PRODUCT FORMAT & COMPATIBILITY

Products may be provided in .zip, .scs, or .rar formats. Extraction may require software such as WinRAR or 7-Zip.
All products are designed for Windows systems and support DirectX 11 / DirectX 12.
OpenGL is not supported.
Each product is developed for a specific game version. Updates are provided free of charge when compatibility allows.

5. PAYMENTS & ORDERS

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and may change without notice.
Payment must be completed before access to downloads is granted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RESTRICTIONS

All digital products, models, textures, designs, images, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of M Design Truckstyling.

Products are intended for personal use only.

You may not:

Redistribute, share, resell, trade, or reupload any MDT content
Include MDT content in public or private servers, mod packs, launchers, or third-party platforms
Modify MDT content for redistribution
Unauthorized use may result in account termination, loss of access, DMCA enforcement, and legal action.

7. ANTI-LEAK & ANTI-SERVER CLAUSE

Any form of leaking, sharing, or hosting MDT products on external servers, websites, applications, or communities—whether free or paid—is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Multiplayer servers
Mod distribution platforms
Custom launchers or executable applications
File-sharing services

Violations will result in immediate enforcement actions.

8. DMCA & COPYRIGHT

All MDT content is protected by international copyright laws.

Unauthorized distribution constitutes copyright infringement.
MDT reserves the right to issue DMCA takedown notices without prior warning.
Infringers may be reported to hosting providers, platforms, and payment processors.

9. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – DIGITAL GOODS

All products offered on this website are digital goods delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

As digital content is made available instantly, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted once the order has been completed and the download link has been provided.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to:

Waive the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digitally delivered digital content.
Confirm that the product description, compatibility information, and installation requirements have been read and understood prior to purchase.
Acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to their intangible nature and immediate availability.
Acknowledge that any unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or public distribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited.
Acknowledge that, if the customer is found to be involved in unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or any form of illegal distribution of our digital products, M Design Truckstyling reserves the right to permanently ban the customer’s account from the store.
In such cases, the customer will lose access to the store, all previously purchased products, and any future updates, and no refunds or compensation will be granted.

If a technical issue prevents the customer from accessing or downloading the purchased file, the customer must contact our support team at:

We will provide reasonable assistance to restore access to the purchased digital content.

This policy complies with international regulations governing digitally delivered content and is accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

MDT is not responsible for:

Installation errors
Game crashes or performance issues
Data loss or corrupted saves
Incompatibility with third-party mods

You install and use MDT products at your own risk.

11. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Discord Integration:

Our website may offer an optional integration with Discord, allowing users to link their website account with their Discord account for community-related features.

By connecting a Discord account, you authorize M Design Truckstyling to retrieve and store limited public information associated with your Discord profile, including but not limited to your Discord user ID, username, server nickname, and assigned roles within our official Discord server.

This integration is provided solely for identification, community status display, support, and related services. Discord roles do not grant, modify, or replace any website permissions, purchases, licenses, or access to digital products.

Users may disconnect their Discord account at any time through their website account dashboard. M Design Truckstyling is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
