1. Introduction

M Design Truckstyling (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We sell digital products, including 3D models and skins compatible with Euro Truck Simulator 2. It is our policy to respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

All brand names, trademarks™, registered® marks, logos, and symbols on vehicles in the game are property of their rightful owners. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them. MDT is officially authorized by Scania® to use the Scania® name and to publish images containing the Scania® logo. MDT mods are custom 3D models designed for compatibility with original SCS licensed trucks and trailers in Euro Truck Simulator 2. 

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website without authorization, please send a DMCA notice containing the following information :

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
